This place was gorgeous, and it was so lovely to have our own villa all to ourselves. Beware — there is a lot of wildlife that comes inside the villa at night like frogs and geckos (big ones). We didn’t mind it but can see how this could be troubling for some. The best part about the stay was the staff. Our driver, Art, waited until 3am to pick us up from the airport and even stopped at a convenience store on the way to the villa in case we were hungry. We arranged a tour with him around Ubud, and our driver Ananda, was incredible. Truthfully taught us so much about the location and religious practices. The food in the morning was great. The only downside is that the actual villa is a bit hard to find and there is a lot of construction down the path. But it didn’t matter because of how helpful the staff was in providing rides, meals, etc. def recommend.
